1. Educational and Software Provider Only
ROI Champions LLC (“ROI Champions,” “we,” “our” or “us”) provides trading software, charting tools, automated systems, research, documentation, coaching and educational information.
ROI Champions is not your broker, investment adviser, commodity trading adviser, fiduciary, financial planner, portfolio manager, account manager, exchange or prop firm. Nothing on ROIChampions.com or in any ROI Champions product or service constitutes personalized financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice.
You should consult appropriately licensed professionals concerning your own financial circumstances, tax obligations and legal requirements.
2. No Guarantee of Results
No statement, indicator, strategy, robot, preset, target, projection, coaching example, testimonial, screenshot or performance report guarantees that you will earn a profit, avoid a loss, pass an evaluation, receive a prop-firm payout or achieve any particular result.
Markets change continuously. A strategy that performed favorably in one period, market, platform or configuration may perform differently or lose money under other conditions.
3. General Trading Risks
Trading risks include, without limitation:
- Market risk: Prices may move rapidly and unpredictably because of volatility, news, economic events, geopolitical developments, order flow or other factors.
- Leverage and margin risk: Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. Margin requirements may change, and positions may be liquidated without advance notice.
- Liquidity risk: You may be unable to enter or exit at an expected price, particularly during fast markets, gaps, news events or low-liquidity periods.
- Execution risk: Orders may be rejected, delayed, partially filled, filled at different prices or not executed.
- Gap and slippage risk: Stops and targets do not guarantee execution at the selected price.
- Data risk: Delayed, incomplete or incorrect data may affect indicators, strategies, charts and orders.
- Operational risk: Internet, electricity, hardware, platform, broker, exchange, data-feed or server failures may interrupt trading.
- Regulatory risk: Laws, exchange rules, broker policies and prop-firm rules may change without notice.
4. Futures, Options, Forex, Stocks and Cryptocurrency
Futures and Leveraged Derivatives
Futures and leveraged derivatives can produce losses quickly. Small market movements may create substantial percentage changes in account equity. Forced liquidation, changing margin requirements and overnight gaps may materially increase loss.
Options
Options involve specialized risks, including time decay, volatility changes, assignment, exercise, expiration, liquidity and the possibility of losing the entire premium. Certain option-writing strategies may create substantial or theoretically unlimited loss.
Forex and Contracts for Difference
Foreign-exchange and CFD trading may involve high leverage, dealer or counterparty exposure, spread changes, rollover charges, jurisdictional restrictions and differences between quoted and executable prices.
Stocks and Exchange-Traded Products
Stocks and exchange-traded products may be affected by company events, halts, corporate actions, sector risk, market-wide volatility, short-sale restrictions and leverage embedded in certain products.
Cryptocurrency and Digital Assets
Digital assets may be extremely volatile and may involve exchange failure, hacking, custody loss, smart-contract vulnerabilities, liquidity issues, forks, regulatory changes and permanent loss of access.
5. Automated Trading-System Risk
Automated trading systems, expert advisers, strategies and robots execute according to programmed rules and user-selected settings. Automation does not eliminate risk.
Automated systems may:
- Generate losing or unintended trades.
- Continue trading after market conditions change.
- Behave differently because of platform, broker, instrument or data-feed differences.
- Fail to submit, modify or cancel orders.
- Duplicate orders, miss signals or become disconnected.
- Use an incorrect lot size, contract size, stop, target, session or preset because of configuration errors.
- Be affected by software updates, unsupported versions or missing dependencies.
You are responsible for verifying every setting, monitoring activity and maintaining an independent method of disabling the software and closing positions. No risk control can guarantee that losses will remain within a selected amount.
6. Grid, Averaging and Multi-Entry Risk
Grid, averaging, recovery, scaling and multi-entry systems may add exposure as price moves. Although these methods may produce frequent small gains in certain market conditions, they can also create rapidly increasing position size, margin use and drawdown during sustained directional movement or unusual volatility.
Trailing stops, basket targets, maximum-entry limits, spacing controls and restart rules do not eliminate the possibility of substantial or total loss. Grid systems require careful sizing, testing, monitoring and an understanding of worst-case exposure.
7. Prop-Firm and Funded-Account Risk
ROI Champions is not a prop firm and does not control prop-firm rules, evaluation outcomes, payouts, account closures or policy changes.
Terms such as “prop-firm tool,” “evaluation preset,” “funded-account mode” or similar descriptions indicate that a product may include configurable controls intended to assist with account rules. They do not mean a prop firm has approved the product or that the product will pass an evaluation or protect an account.
You are responsible for confirming current rules concerning maximum loss, consistency, position limits, news trading, automation, copying, prohibited strategies, payout eligibility and account inactivity.
8. Hypothetical, Simulated and Backtested Results
Hypothetical, simulated and backtested results have inherent limitations. They do not represent actual trading and may have been produced with the benefit of hindsight. Because the trades were not executed, results may overstate or understate the effects of liquidity, spreads, commissions, slippage, latency, rejected orders, changing market conditions and other factors.
No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve results similar to those shown. Backtests and optimizations may be affected by data quality, assumptions, parameter selection, curve fitting and differences between historical and live execution.
Whenever ROI Champions displays hypothetical or simulated performance, an appropriate disclosure should also appear close to the results. A general website disclaimer should not be treated as a substitute for result-specific disclosure.
9. Actual, Customer-Submitted and Demonstration Results
Unless clearly identified otherwise, screenshots and examples may be demonstrations, simulated results, backtests or customer-submitted materials. Customer-submitted results may not be independently verified.
Actual results can vary materially because of account size, market selection, execution, risk settings, commissions, spreads, slippage, experience, discipline and other factors. When reviewing a result, consider whether it identifies the account type, date range, instrument, timeframe, position size and whether commissions or slippage were included.
10. Testimonials
Testimonials reflect individual experiences and may not represent the experience of every customer. Testimonials are not guarantees of future performance or success.
Compensation, discounts, free access or other incentives connected to a testimonial should be disclosed where applicable. Trading-result testimonials should be read together with the relevant performance disclosures.
11. Projections, Targets and Educational Examples
Dollar targets, profit objectives, risk-to-reward examples, payout plans, account-growth examples and scenario projections are educational illustrations only. They are not promises, forecasts or representations that a particular result is likely.
Examples may omit taxes, platform fees, data fees, commissions, spreads, slippage, financing charges, losses, drawdown and psychological or operational constraints unless expressly stated.
12. Technical Indicators and Market Analysis
Indicators and strategy tools are mathematical or rule-based interpretations of market data. They may repaint, lag, produce false signals or perform differently across instruments, timeframes, sessions, data providers and settings.
Support, resistance, momentum, volatility, opening-range, liquidity, regression, trend and confirmation calculations are not statements of certainty. A displayed entry, stop or target is not an instruction or guarantee.
13. Coaching and Educational Content
Coaching, live sessions, recordings, written materials and trade discussions are general education. Examples may be selected for teaching purposes and may not reflect all losing trades, missed trades or alternative outcomes unless expressly stated.
You remain responsible for determining whether any concept, risk level, product or trading method is appropriate for your circumstances.
14. Third-Party Platforms and Services
ROI Champions products may be used with third-party trading platforms, brokers, exchanges, data providers, payment providers and prop firms. ROI Champions does not control their services and is not responsible for their outages, pricing, data, fills, errors, account actions, policy changes or security.
Use of a third-party name or compatibility statement does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, approval or affiliation.
15. Information Accuracy and Availability
We attempt to provide useful information, but errors, omissions, delays, outdated information and technical issues may occur. ROI Champions does not warrant that content, documentation, pricing, platform compatibility, market data or product descriptions will always be complete, current or error-free.
You should independently verify material information before acting.
